Simple, quick and easy. I cooked mine on high for the first few minutes to reduce the water. Personally though, I prefer zucchini with a hint of garlic or Cavenders greek seasoning. Thanks for posting!

This tasted great - which surprised me as I thought it might be a bit too sweet. I did think it was a bit watery and actually had to drain off the water before serving. Overall though a nice way to prepare zucchini. Thanks for sharing with me in the Potluck Tag Game.

Was surprised this was good. Was scarred of the sugar so I cut in half and only used 1/4 teaspoon. And it vary tasty. Thanks so much for the post.
