Wow, this is such a great concept! It works out beautifully and tastes sooo yummy! You would never think its healthy and free of dairy! The fact that it is quick to whip up is an additional plus. We all enjoyed this a lot and Im sure Ill make it again. I think other fruits would work out nicely as well, like e.g. berries or peaches. Cant wait to try these variations, too. YUM!
I did not use any sugar and upped the amount of banana used, but other than that stuck to the recipe and it was great!
