Great on pork and chicken! You can substitute whatever flavor jam you want.
- 2 tablespoons peach preserves or 2 tablespoons apricot preserves or 2 tablespoons jelly
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Combine ingredients and pour over meat.
mixed the jelly and soy sauce and tried it with ham and baked chicken by baking it a bit. Will try it with other jams. Thanks!
