Super Simple Sugar-Free Coleslaw

I adapted this from a recipe I found on Life's Ambrosia ( - it is so simple and absolutely delicious. Cooking time is refrigeration time.

Simple coleslaw, full of flavor. I used apple cider vinegar and flaxseed mayo, but otherwise followed the direction. I'm making it again tonight. Love that it has no sugar.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, celery seeds and sea salt.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir again then serve.
  4. Enjoy!
