Super Simple Cranberry Tea

- 3 cups water
- 4 (2 g) green tea bags
- 1 (2 g) mint-flavored herbal tea bags
- 2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
- ice cube
- fresh mint leaves (optional) or fresh cranberries (optional)
directions
- Boil water in a medium saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add all tea bags.
- Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and then cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Transfer tea to a pitcher and stir in cranberry juice.
- If desired garnish with mint leaves or fresh cranberries.
- Chill remaining tea for up to 2 days.

This was really good! I just made the recipe as is for DH and me to try, but I would definitely recommend doubling this recipe because we drank it all in an afternoon! It has a great taste even if you aren't a huge green tea fan. I plan on taking to a pot luck in a few weeks. If I can get some pictures, I'll share them! Made for Spring PAC 2009
