Super Simple Cranberry Tea

"This is a very easy cranberry tea recipe with only a few ingredients. The cooking time is actually the chill time. This is from The Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook."

  • Boil water in a medium saucepan.
  • Remove from heat and add all tea bags.
  • Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and then cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • Transfer tea to a pitcher and stir in cranberry juice.
  • If desired garnish with mint leaves or fresh cranberries.
  • Chill remaining tea for up to 2 days.

  1. Giving this a 4 because mint flavored tea isn't that easy to come across, at least I couldn't find it. Still a very refreshing beverage! Love the different taste and love it being something other than just iced green tea. Thanks for posting! Made for I Recommend Tag Game.
     
  2. This was really good! I just made the recipe as is for DH and me to try, but I would definitely recommend doubling this recipe because we drank it all in an afternoon! It has a great taste even if you aren't a huge green tea fan. I plan on taking to a pot luck in a few weeks. If I can get some pictures, I'll share them! Made for Spring PAC 2009
