Got this from another web site and made it last night...so darn simple I am putting here for safe keeping.
- 2 tablespoons fresh horseradish, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- In a small bowl combine horseradish, brown sugar, lemon juice and ketchup. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
