It's so simple; it's pretty much cheating. This is a great summer salad for a hot day. Can be a side dish or lunch salad. Nice for pot lucks also.
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1⁄2 lb bay shrimp, precooked
- 3⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups ranch dressing (I use Annie's Cowgirl Ranch)
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Mix together pasta, onions and ranch dressing.
- Carefully work shrimp into pasta with hands. Serve cold.
