Good recipe. My wife enjoyed it. To me there was something missing. I did not us peppers, instead I put mushrooms in and I also mixed in crab with the shrimp. Served with refried beans and spanish rice as well. Put it all in a high fiber tortilla with some lettuce and cheese and they were filling. I will continue to use this recipe and alter it until I figure out what is missing.

Super awesome fajita recipe for after a sunshiny day at the beach in Baja, Maui or anywhere else that puts you in a tropical mood! I grilled all my peppers, onions and shrimp in a grill basket. Mild fish soaked in the marinade was killer, too. Out of this world with pico de gallo salsa and some spicy mango salsa (I made both 'cause the marinade inspired me to!)

These were totally delicious! I used raw shrimp that had been frozen. I also let mine marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge. It was very easy and everyone enjoyed it. Don't let the long list of ingredients deter you from trying this wonderful dish! Thanks for posting.

These were quick, easy, and tasty! My boyfriend enjoyed them, but I could tell he wasn't as impressed as I had hoped...

Delicious! We devoured these quick, easy, and flavorful fajitas. I used a red onion instead of the yellow, and 1 green and 1 red bell pepper instead of the poblanos. Also, I marinated the shrimp for 2 hours. After adding the vegetables back into the shrimp, I squeezed 1 lime over all, added the cilantro, and stirred. I served these with sour cream and my Salsa Pronto. My family gave these fajitas 2-thumbs up!! Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe Sherrybeth...it is definitely a keeper. *Made for 2008 Football Pool*

Lovely shrimp! Like the other reviewer, I mixed this up and let it marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge before cooking it up. Full of flavor. Thanks for posting!

I made this dish tonight and they were delicious and flavorful. I followed the recipe and marinated the shrimp for 2 hours. I honestly didn't expect them to be as good as they were and will definately make these again soon. Reminds me of Chevy's Shrimp Fajitas which is a good thing because I love they're shrimp fajitas so thank you for posting this recipe it exceeded my expectations.
