  • 14 cup almonds
  • 3 dates
  • 2 cups fruit
  • 2 cups water
  • Baby Spinach (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Very good dairy free smoothie! I made this twice using date syrup to be easier on my blender. One time with only bananas for the fruit because I wanted to do proper food combining and I didn't have other sweet fruit plus I used the optional baby spinach. Another time made without the optional but I don't recall what fruit I used, but it was perfect both times. I will make this again.

Thanks so much for sharing this great smoothie! I like to add a cup of ice with a banana and some other fruit. It is great to have almonds instead of milk-based smoothie! It taste like a real treat!
