Eat it fast, so it doesn't ruin!
- Pre-heat oven to 350 Hand mix flour, sugar,& beer in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Pour into a lightly greased (I use Pam) loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
This bread is delicious! My kids love it. Chris writes "Eat it fast, so it doesn't ruin", that might mean it doesn't keep well? I'm not sure, every time I've made it it's devoured with no leftovers minutes after it comes out of the oven.
