- 118.29 ml frozen pitted black cherries
- 2.12 g package black cherry Kool-Aid (unprepared)
- 236.59 ml soymilk, as needed
- 14.79 ml powdered soy protein concentrate
- 14.79 ml Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
- 29.58 ml vanilla soy yogurt or 29.58 ml tofu yogurt
- 1-2 ice cube
directions
- Blend together cherries, Kool Aid, soy milk, soy protein powder, Splenda and yogurt.
- Add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
- Enjoy.
