For healthy muffins, these were really good. They were very moist! I only had 5 bananas & it still was yummy. I didn't have sunflower seeds, so substituted flax seeds. Instead of the brown sugar, I swapped 3/4 cup maple syrup. Very good! I will make again & again...next time, i'm adding in some pineapple-i think it would be ridiculously good! Thanks.
Autumn 2006 PAC: Shirl, all of the people in my building that I shared these with are in AWE of my baking ability (got them fooled, don't I?) These were quick to whip up and the flavors compliment each other very well. I really enjoyed them and so did everyone who tried them. Thanks for a new recipe for my files!!! I'll be making these over and over again!
