Very nice breakfast. I used my scale to measure out the oatmeal (regular, not quick cooking) and then added the banana and water. The back of my package said to cook it on medium in the microwave, but I followed the directions in this recipe and was happy with the consistency. I did pout some vanilla soymilk on top because I like the contrast of the liquid and I also like the subtle sweetness and vanilla with the oatmeal and banana. An easy healthy breakfast. Thanks!
