I made this up once when I was having a chocolate banana craving. Weird craving, right? It's delicious, healthy, and a great snack. Cooking time = blending time
- 3 bananas
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons ovaltine, chocolate mix
- 3 ice cubes (to make colder)
- milk (more for thicker, less for thinner)
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend together until smooth.
