I made this up once when I was having a chocolate banana craving. Weird craving, right? It's delicious, healthy, and a great snack. Cooking time = blending time

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 12 tablespoons ovaltine, chocolate mix
  • 3 ice cubes (to make colder)
  • milk (more for thicker, less for thinner)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend together until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
