It is a simple soy yogurt smoothie. Soy yogurt gives it a very unique taste. You can substitute strawberries for any kind of berries you'd like. There is no sugar added. Great summer drink!
- 1 cup unsweetened plain soy yogurt
- 6 strawberries or 6 a cup of any other kind berries
- 3⁄4 of a ripe banana
- 5 ice cubes
- 2⁄3 cup water
- Blend it all together until creamy and voila! make sure that you have a banana or it will be very sour.
