We love popcorn at our house and not the stuff that comes in a microwavable bag. We use a hot air popcorn popper and then have fun with our flavors. This recipe is soo good, especially if you are a garlic lover. I crave this, I do! Sometimes I will throw in some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mmmm. From Cooks Illustrated.

The only problem I had was that 4 tbsp of butter wasn't quite enough to spread through my popcorn, since I don't have one of those popper things that distributes the butter evenly. Added some olive oil since I didn't feel like melting more butter, and it's great. Also, I think 4 cloves of garlic is just a starting point. More garlic never hurts.
