Some great information to arm yourself with before making that run to the grocery store. You have to get so many things anyways, why not make them good for you. Very easy way to get that info you need when planning healther meals. Thanks so much for posting this Pammy. Made, (more like reviewed) for Newest tag came 2012

Love all the healthy options! Took count and the only ingredients I don't have right now are pomagranates, kiwi and turkey. Roasted potatoes for breakfast, apples for lunch and beans for dinner. I'm finding simpler really is better. Tagged for Everyday is a Holiday tag.
