A terrific morning shake when you have a million things to do, or none at all...
- 0.5 (7 1/2 ounce) package silken tofu
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- honey, if desired
- ice cube, if desired
- I've never measured the ingredients for this, feel free to adjust for personal taste in consistency.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or with a hand-held food mixer.
- You can use yogurt in place of the tofu, but the tofu is great protein in the morning, and you can't even taste it.
- Run marathon.
- Spring clean.
- Paint outside of house.
- You get it.
- Note for Vegan option do not use honey.
