This is a really simple way to make really moist and light cake. The wine (I used chardonnay) adds flavor, but it also makes the cake rise high and give it a delicate texture. I made the batter into cupcakes - before baking I topped each with colored sugar and sliced almonds. I will surely make this again. Thank you!

BRAVO ANGELCAKES !!! I do hope you come across this comment. For a Betty Crocker (or any other cake mix) you only have 0.3 gr of carbohydrate for a piece 1/12 of the whole cake. If you have recipe of this type (great taste with low carbohydrate) and still have more than one tiny piece, please print them on the low carbohydrate section of recipezaar.com. I confess I have not yet tried it (will first thing in the morning run to the super market to ger me a Betty Crocker cake mix). Will certainly make comments on this section. I'm sure it'll be a 5 star recipe. TNX again. Feel free to write at: bakerbrook@sprint.ca Gérard
