Super Easy Veggie "pot Pie"

ingredients
- 283.49 g frozen mixed vegetables
- 297.66 g can condensed cream of potato soup (or any "cream of" condensed soup)
- 29.58 ml fat free sour cream or 29.58 ml plain fat-free yogurt
- 29.58 ml nonfat milk
- salt
- pepper
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 113.39 g refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 113.39 g biscuits
directions
- PreHeat oven to 375.
- In a bowl combine condensed soup, sour cream, milk, frozen veggies and salt and pepper and stir well making sure all the veggies are coated.
- Pour mix into pie pan.
- Roll out crescent rolls or biscuits to thin them out slightly and expand them and lay on top of the mix to cover completely.
- Bake for 30-40 mins or until top is slightly golden brown.
- Let sit for 5-10 mins and serve warm.

I'm a beginner cook that can't really tell the difference between a pan and a pot. I try hard and basically just made alterations on other recipes to fit my needs. I don't use a lot of meat in my cooking, and prefer to use lower calorie alternatives where I can find them.
