Super Easy Vegetarian Whole Wheat Chili Bake

This recipe is incredibly delicious, healthy, and truly easy to prepare. It's packed with fiber and nutrient-rich ingredients to make it satisfying without being overly filling. This stuff is also amazing on reheat!
Ingredients:

whole wheat tortillas
, soft taco size
-
3 (15 ounce) cans
vegetarian chili
, recommended is Amy's Medium Spiced Chili

1 (8 ounce) package
vegetarian grilled
chicken strips
, recommended is Morningstar Farms Chik'n Strips

2 cups
natural lowfat
Mexican blend cheese
-
1 (15 ounce) can
refried black beans
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Place a thin layer of chili at bottom of pan.

Layer as follows: tortillas, black beans, chicken strips, chili, and cheese.

Recommended top layer is tortilla, chili, and cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
