This vegetable soup is so simple to prepare, and so delicious!
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canwhole new potatoes, drained and cubed
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) cansliced carrots, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) candiced tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth or 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth or 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for three minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- For vegetarians use the vegetable broth only.
