    Found this many years ago on a recipe card from a tofu company... it's been a favorite with my family ever since! It's fast and easy enough for a six-year-old to make. Use soy cheese if you'd like it vegan. Use your favorite spaghetti sauce.

      Pour a cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of an oiled casserole.

      Slice drained tofu, fry in a bit of oil if you have time, and lay the slices on top of the sauce.

      Cover with more spaghetti sauce.

      Sprinkle with the cheeses.

      Bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour, until cheeses are lightly browned.

      Let stand a few minutes, then serve.
