Super Easy Spinach and Cheese Soup

ingredients

• 3 (16 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 cup parmesan cheese

directions

1. In a saucepan bring broth and frozen spinach to boil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic and simmer on medium-low for 20-30 minutes. Slowly add parmesan cheese. Make sure there are no lumps or it will not melt. Simmer another 10-15 minutes covered.
