Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1587.57 g beef roast
  • 38.27 g package onion soup mix
  • 737.08 g cream of mushroom soup
  • 395.10 ml water


  1. Place pot roast in slow cooker; sprinkle with soup mix. Pour soup over the top; add water. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

Smelled wonderful, the meat was tasty with the gravy but it was a bit dry without....

This was a easy and delicious way to prepare a roast. I popped the frozen roast into my crockpot at 4:30am on low and when I got home around 3 pm the meat was melt in your mounth tender and the house smelled wonderful. I strained out the juice/gravy and thickened it. I served this with fluffy baked potatoes and steamed asparagus. Great meal and so little effort on my part thanks to you.
