  1. Cook sausage 5-8 minutes over low heat.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic; cook until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings.
  5. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
