This turned out very good. I used panko crumbs instead. Next time I will cook them on a broiler pan to keep it extra cruchy.

My husband really liked this. I marinated the chicken in the mustard mixture and dipped in cornflakes at the last minute.

This was quite good. I doubled the sauce and used 5 thighs. We don't ever have corn flakes in the house so I used Special K and it was a fine substitution. It wasn't that crunchy, and I think I might like the recipe better without any "breading" at all. The curry and sugar made a nice thick sweet coating.
Overall, this was a fun and easy recipe that all of my family enjoyed. Thanks for sharing.

This turned out really good but I modified it a bit-I did 5 chicken thighs with 5 tbsp. brown sugar

Omg, what a lovely surprise these baked chicken thighs were. We loved the flavors and the texture of this very tasty chicken. It was wonderful, perfectly cooked chicken with a flavor to remember. Made as written but used red Thai curry paste as I was out of curry powder. It worked really well in this dish. Thank you for sharing a recipe that we will be enjoying again and again.
