Recipe by JenSmith
This is something I made yesterday for dinner. I made the tea with my iced-tea maker, buy you can make it in the fridge the night before, or however you're accustomed to making tea. It's very light and not sweet like a lot of iced tea drinks--I think the sugar just makes you thirsty, so I didn't add any, but you can if you want.
Directions See How It's Made
- Place water in the tea machine and brew tea according to manufacturer's directions OR brew the green tea any way you like. YOu should have about 2 quarts of tea. You can also make the tea stronger if you like. Sweeten tea after it is brewed. Allow tea to cool before proceding.
- Slice the limes and lemon and place in a pitcher full of ice.
- Fill the pitcher halfway full of green tea, then top off with ginger ale. When you run out of tea, repeat this step.
