I tried to make this as healthy as possible. You might want to add cheese or a vinagarette. You also may prefer not to cook the spinach. If so, just use less because it shrinks when cooked.

  1. Dice the tomato.
  2. Boil the Rotini. While the Rotini is boiling.
  3. Boil Peas, Lima Beans, and Tomato.
  4. Put Spinach in a separate pan on high heat until wilted.
  5. Drain the Rotini and Vegetables.
  6. Combine and Enjoy!
