I have to thank my friend Renae for this easy and delicious recipie. I always get compliments and there is never any left over!
- Chop celery in processor or chopper to half of pea sized or even smaller depending on preference, remove and combine in large mixing bowl with softened cream cheese. Chop beef the same way in processor till small, flake sized pieces (instant potatoe flake size) and add to cheese and celery. Mix well. I love to use my imersion blender but some good old elbow grease works well too! REFIGERATE OVER NIGHT so flavors can blend. For variety try adding chopped black olives or pimento. Enjoy!
