Got this off of a Schweppes Ginger Ale Bottle. Made it for a party and loved it. We added sherbet to the top as a special treat! The recipe does not state specific size of can or package. They have been estimated.
- 2 liters ginger ale
- 1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemon juice concentrate
- 1 quart frozen strawberries
- 2 ounces crushed pineapple
- Blend the lemon juice concentrate and fruit until well mixed.
- Pour into punch bowl.
- Add Ginger Ale slowly and stir gently.
