We got this recipe in a recipe swap at my son's elementary school. It is AMAZING, and so easy you feel a little guilty!
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
- 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Mix sugar, cool whip and cream cheese in bowl until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust.
- Drain cherries and put on top of pie.
- Put in freezer until firm, approximately 3-4 hours.
