This caramel sauce is the most easy and the yummiest sauce ever! Just 3 min in microwave and that's it! Serve it with ice cream, add it in muffins, cakes, milk shakes, etc. You must make it if you are a caramel lover!
- Put sugar and water in the microwave proof glass dish (so you can see it and not going to burn it!) and heat it for bout 3 min till it changes the color to golden brown.
- Or heat it till you can see the sauce start to caramelized, then take it out.
- Slowly, pour cream into it and mix it well. Keep mixing the sauce till it become smooth and the sugar dissolves.
- The sauce will be thick if it's chilled in the fridge. If you like the thick sauce, add half the amount cream.
