The quickest way to make a great creamy and slightly spicy peanut sauce. Great on noodles, stir fry, or for dipping.
- 1⁄2 cup sweet chili sauce (add more or less to taste)
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup peanut butter (add more or less or crunchy to taste)
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup water
- Mix all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat. Whisk to combine. Heat and serve. Can add more/less water to desired consistancy.
