These are amazing! If I would have known great onion rings were this easy, I would have made them long ago. Half the recipe was more than enough for 3 of us. I added just a touch of garlic powder and chili powder to the batter. Thanks so much for posting!

I couldn't believe how easy it was to make great onion rings. Your recipe is excellant, we enjoyed the onion rings very much. This was my first attempt at onion rings and I can certainly tell you that it will not be the last. Very quick and easy, the batter was crisp and golden brown, the onions sweet and tender. I used fresh Canola oil, it worked really well. Thank you so much Sharon for sharing.

Excellent. Loved the crispy batter. Easy to make, just takes some time. I halved the recipes and I'm so glad I did cause I would have probably eaten the whole thing. Thanks sharon
