Super Crispy Chicken Bake

  • Mix all crumb ingredients.
  • Roll chicken in mixture to coat.
  • Place on lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

  2. This is so good (and easy!). My kids interrupted eating at least twice each to say how good it is. I used panko instead of the corn flakes, but it still baked up nice and crispy and perfectly seasoned. Thanks for another keeper Kitten!
     
  3. This was very crispy, easy and juicy. My dh liked it very much. I think that next time I make it, I will either add some more spices to the mixture (perhaps cayenne) or have a bbq sauce to dip it in. I loved the crunch. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe!
     
  4. I used chicken tenderloins for this, and otherwise followed the directions to a T. Mine turned out supercrispy and delicious. It was very spicy, but more of an aftertaste of spice, and I really enjoyed it. Thanks so much!
