It doesn't get any easier than this..Great Man food.These are not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but its amazing how quickly these get gobbled up. Serve with youre favourite dipping mustard or salsa. Any type of sausage can be used, experiment and enjoy.!
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut kielbasa in half, so you have two straight pieces.
- Roll out puff pastry.
- Wrap pastry around Kielbasa, sealing ends.
- Bake for 20 mins or until golden.
- Cut into bite size slices.
Made this in the fall for a Halloween party & everyone loved them....it was almost emberassing how easy it is! I did change it a tiny bit by laying out the puff pastry & brushing it with a dijon mustard-then laying on the sausage/brats/whatever, rolling it up, baking & slicing. Just seemed to be a little more finger friendly that way & you don't have to deal with the "dipping" aspect. Especially popular with the guys! Thanks ChefDebs for posting a yummy treat!
