We love these just about anytime. They are a quick snack that we use for breakfast at the beach. Enjoy! Cook time includes browning of meats.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brown beef and onion in one pan.
  2. Brown sausage in a separate pan.
  3. Drain both meats after cooked.
  4. Cut Velveeta into one inch cubes.
  5. Melt velveeta in microwave or on stovetop.
  6. Combine all ingredients.
  7. Spoon over bagels.
  8. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
  9. Mixture can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator until needed.
