    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350ºC. Mix sugar, flour, oil and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl. Remove ¾ cups of mixture and place in small bowl. Add cinnamon and nuts to small bowl. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and 1 cup of small bowl mixture in large bowl. Grease square cake pan. Pour large bowl mixture inches Cover in remaining small bowl mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Top finished cake with cinnamon sugar.
