From a recipe handout at the grocery store.
- 1 (6 ounce) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1⁄2 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate beef for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- While cooking beef, heat marinade to a boil; serve with beef.
