  1. Cream butter and honey.
  2. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Slowly add to honey mixture. Beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in raisins, coconut and sunflower seeds.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

great cookies! I increased the vanilla to 1-1/2 teaspoons, next time I am going to give this a try making bars instead of cookies and baking in an 8 x 8-inch pan, thank you for sharing Nyteglori!...Kitten:)
