I first made this when Frida, a swedish import came for the year. She showed me how to make it. She sometimes made it in Sweden too.
- Heat skillet, butter it.
- Make a"sunny side up" egg.
- While cooking the egg, toast the piece of bread.
- When both ready, put the egg on the toast.
- If you want, you can sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
