Very satisfying. We eat oatmeal almost everyday and really liked this one. Made using walnuts as we were out of almonds. Did have to cut the time from 2 minutes to 1 1/2 minutes. Will be making aging and again. Thanks so much for the post.

I liked everything about this oatmeal recipe except for the orange flavor....somehow it just seemed off to me. Otherwise I loved the flavors...didn't toast the almonds, but loved the crunch they added. Thanks for posting!

MMMMmmmmm ...I love oatmeal most mornings and always looking for a way to mix it up a bit. This is perfect Brooke. I used SF Apricot Preserves, a splash of skim and a bit of a cinnamon/spice combo I keep on hand. DId up perfectly in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. I really never thought of adding a type of preserve b/f to my oatmeal. Most any type would work great. Thanks for a keeper! Made for MarketTag.

This is a nice way to shake up oatmeal! The flavors blended wonderfully. I pre-measured all of the dry ingredients into a bowl the night before, toasting the almonds before adding, as recommended. Very easy to just add the water in the morning. I'll certainly be using this again. Thanks for sharing!

I really enjoyed the craisins and almonds in place of the usual raisins! I didn't have orange marmalade so used strawberry fruit spread(no sugar) and it was great! Thanks!

I doubled it but only used 1-1/2 Tbsp. of orange marmalade and thought it had enough orange flavor, but it needed a little more sweetness. I had part of a square of white chocolate left from another recipe, so I added it and wow, that was the perfect touch. Great tasting oatmeal Brooke. Thank you!

A lovely simple brekky that tied me over until lunch no problem. LOve the idea of using marmalade to sweeten rather than sugar. Thanks Brooke!

Made it without any nuts but it was a delicious breakfast anyway. Think I'll try pecans next time. I did add a pinch of salt.

Great tasting oatmeal, but then you already know that! Definitely a keeper, too! Orange & cranberry, a very nice combo, & then if you just add a little bit more, well . . . Thanks for sharing! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Every Day Is a Holiday cooking game]

Start a morning with this and it turns into a great day. Thank you for a delicious breakfast, Brooke.:) Love the taste and appearance, the texture of the almonds, and it is so healthy! Plus I always have these ingredients around. Mine was ready in 1 1/2 minutes and we did add milk (no sugar) after I took the picture. DH thinks he likes this better than the cinnamon sugar approach. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

This oatmeal got my morning off to a sunny start. My store didn't carry the sugar free marmalade so I just used regular and followed the directions. Make sure to Keep an eye on it in the microwave because mine began to overflow after cooking for a total of 1 1/2 minutes. Thanks Brooke!

What a great way to make oatmeal! So easy in the microwave and I love the cranberry/orange combination. I added just a touch of brown sugar and served with just a little milk. This is a great way to start the day - thanks for sharing!
