A really easy healthy mix you can make up and the kids will love it.
- 2 cups sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- Measure the ingredients into a paper bag, fold over the top of the bag, and shake to mix. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
- Divide for kids lunches into small baggies or small containers.
