Sunflower Seed and Chip Cookies- Lower Fat

This is a healthier version of the Sunflower Seed and Chip Cookies. I changed a couple of ingredients.

  1. Cream together margarine, applesauce, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Stir in flours, salt soda and oatmeal.
  3. Mix well and add sunflower seeds and butterscotch chips.
  4. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet or parchment lined cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 9 minutes at 350.
