      Hey Jude!!! I have you to thank for a GREAT LUNCH!!! Had leftover rice, shrimp and chicken so tried this today itself. Very good. I added some 5 spice powder for flavour and used button mushrooms and some bean sprouts too. Did not have sherry wine so used rum and ginger combo (my aunt taught me that this is a replacement for Sherry-I dunno abt sherry wine) but was truly satisfied with the result. Thanks, :)Fay
