It has such a depth of flavour and makes you come back for more and more and more. :)
It is easy and quick to make and tastes so good, way better than store bought!
I, too left this pesto quite chunky and also didnt add all the liquid as I wanted more of a spreadable consistency.
Apart from leaving out the sugar and salt I stuck to your recipe and it was perfect!
I will surely make this again! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing another winner with us!

*Reviewed for Edition 8 Make My Recipe Tag Game in the Aussie Forum* Great recipe! Easy to make and such wonderful flavour. I left my pesto a bit chunky and it was totally delish on crackers and pasta. I made a double batch and have some for later in the fridge. Photo to be posted. Tisme, this is a lovely recipe for a very tasty pesto, simple and delicious. I made double the amount because I knew we'd use it very quickly! I ended up making mine quite fine, but will try for a chunkier result next time. I wouldn't change a thing, it's so good.
I took your advice and cooked some rigatoni, and then tossed it in the pesto.. mm, we loved it, DH especially complimented me on such a simple but superb supper dish.
