I originally planned to make a cantaloupe-mango smoothie. But after not having the melon, I experimented a bit and turned up with this amazingly light and delicious smoothie. Great for picky veggie and fruit eaters alike! And also a great healthy alternative for lazy breakfast cooks..
- 1 Scrape the carrot and chop it into chunks. Same goes for the mango.
- 2 Combine all ingredients plus juice of 1/2 orange in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
This is very good and good for you. I like that it is only sweetened with fruit and honey.
