- 946.36-1182.95 ml cubed potatoes, cooked, drained
- 118.29 ml chopped celery
- 118.29 ml chopped red onion
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 29.58 ml chipped sweet pickles
- 9.85 ml sweet pickle juice
- 118.29-157.80 ml mayonnaise
- 2.46-4.92 ml prepared mustard
- 1.23-2.46 ml salt
- 0.61 ml ground black pepper
directions
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and cut potatoes into cubes.
- Chop celery, red onions and pickles.
- Hard boil eggs and chop.
- Combine all in gredients in a bowl and stir gently to combine. Regridgerate until serving time.
