5 Stars, a very nice marinade with a definite lime and tarragon flavor. I chilled marinade for 1 1/2 hours, then poured over skinless bone-in chicken breasts and marinated in refrigerator 1 hour before baking in marinade for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F. I cooked this chicken for a Caesar salad, but my "tasting" almost didn't stop, it was so delicious. My photo may not look like much, but the chicken breast was bursting with flavor without going over the top. Made for Fall 2008 Pick-A-Chef.
